Black Friday Promotion Agreement

"BLACK FRIDAY" PROMOTION AGREEMENT

1. This Agreement consists only of: (a) these Standard Terms and Conditions which are applicable for the duration as set out below; and (b) the Balwin Fibre website Standard Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted, without reserve, these Standard Terms and Conditions contained in this Agreement read together with the Balwin Fibre website Standard Terms and Conditions. Any reference in this Agreement to Standard Terms and Conditions includes both the Standard Terms and Conditions contained herein as well as the Balwin Fibre website Standard Terms and Conditions.
2. Balwin Fibre reserves the right to modify, change or make corrections to the Terms and Conditions contained herein at any time and without any notice. In such event, an updated Promotion Agreement shall be made available.

   • Home-Connect

DURATION

1. The Promotion shall be effective from 18 November 2022 - 30 November 2022 ("Promotion Period"), whereafter the promotion shall no longer be applicable.
2. Upon expiry of the of the Promotion Period, this Agreement shall terminate and the Terms and Conditions applicable to this promotion shall no longer apply.

SPECIFIC DETAILS OF THE PROMOTION

1. Promotion 1 ("PROMO 1") - (NEW CLIENTS ONLY)

   Price:	R199,00 (Including VAT)
   Duration:	12 Months
   Speed:	25Mbps/25Mbps
   Type of clients:	New clients only

   1. Should a client cancel during the 12-month period no penalties shall be applied. However, the promotional package shall not be applicable anymore.
   2. As from 1 December 2023 clients shall be charged at the normal rate (please refer to Balwin Fibre website Standard Terms and Conditions).
   3. PROMO 1 shall only be applicable to new clients.
   4. No connection fee shall be applicable.
2. Promotion 2 ("PROMO 2") - (NEW AND EXISTING CLIENTS)

   Price:	R799,00 (Including VAT)
   Duration:	12 Months
   Speed:	200Mbps/200Mbps
   Type of clients:	New and Existing Clients

   1. Should a client cancel during the 12-month period no penalties shall be applied. However, the promotional package shall not be applicable anymore.
   2. As from 1 December 2023 clients shall be charged at the normal rate (please refer to Balwin Fibre website Standard Terms and Conditions).
   3. PROMO 2 shall be applicable to new and existing clients. Existing clients currently on 4Mbps, 25Mbps and 50Mbps shall be eligible to upgrade to this package.
   4. A Connection fee shall only be applicable to new clients.
3. Promotion 3 ("PROMO 3") - (NEW AND EXISTING CLIENTS)

   Price:	R1149,00 (Including VAT)
   Duration:	12 Months
   Speed:	500Mbps/500Mbps
   Type of clients:	New and Existing Clients

   1. Should a client cancel during the 12-month period no penalties shall be applied. However, the promotional package shall not be applicable anymore.
   2. As from 1 December 2023 clients shall be charged at the normal rate (please refer to Balwin Fibre website Standard Terms and Conditions).
   3. PROMO 3 shall be applicable to new and existing clients. Existing clients currently on 4Mbps, 25Mbps, 50Mbps and 100Mbps shall be eligible to upgrade to this package.
   4. A Connection fee shall only be applicable to new clients.
4. Please note that PROMO 1 shall only be allowed for the below apartments (list attached as an annexure).
5. Please further note that existing clients currently on 50Mbps, 100Mbps, 200Mbps and 500Mbps lines do not qualify for a downgrade.

SOLE RECORD OF AGREEMENT

1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the sole record of the Agreement between the client and Selected Internet Service Provider. Except as expressly provided herein, Balwin Fibre does not make any representation or warranty of any kind to the client.
2. Every time you access the Balwin Fibre website, the Terms and Conditions available at the time will apply to this Agreement.
